Areas of interest

My research area spans the fields of nutrition, cognition, mood and mental health.

My previous research has explored flavonoid-related benefits in school-aged children, in student populations and in postnatal mothers and fathers, using a range of experimental psychological and physiological techniques. Recently, I have expanded my research horizons to examine potential mood benefits from exercise, hatha yoga and leisure spa use alongside local community co-collaborators.
